Atrium House

This bungalow is designed around a central atrium and is set in a rural environment.

The interior is inspired by minimalistic Japanese and Scandinavian design.

I accomplished this by creating clean and simple lines, and by contrasting cold polished concrete floors with the warmth of exposed wooden beams and paneling.

I aimed to create and open & airy environment for entertainment with a natural influx of light, while also a space for refuge and relaxation with a warm ambiance.
